Shipping Policy

Please ensure you apply for the correct shipping address, if the shipping address entered is incorrect please notify us immediately via email. 
We will ship your purchase within 48 hours of placing your order. If we are unable to verify your shipping address, your order may be delayed.
Once your order ships, we have no control over USPS delays and are not responsible for lost packages. If you want to ensure your package arrives safely, 
we recommend insuring your package or choosing an option that requires a signature. For these options, please email us directly so we can add them. 
But please note that the charges are higher compared to regular shipping charges.
We always ask customers to ensure that the address provided is correct as we are not responsible for re-shipping any parcels returned due to an incorrect address.
 We are not responsible for paying shipping costs for your next shipment. Once the shipping invoice is paid, we will re-ship your order.

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
